Rights Issue - Shortfall
RIGHTS ISSUE - SHORTFALL
We are pleased to advise that we have received applications for 55,249,148 shares at $1.60 under our 4 for 5 renounceable rights issue raising $88,398,637. The shortfall of 2,813,684 shares (4.8%), $4,501,894, is covered by the Underwriting Agreement we have with Euroz Securities Limited.
A shortfall notice has been issued to Euroz Securities Limited.
