Company Secretary Appointment / Resignation
CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
We wish to advise that Mr Niels Kroyer has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company, effective 30 November 2008.
Mr Matthew Perrott has been appointed the new Company Secretary and his appointment is effective from 30 November 2008.
