Response to media speculation
Western Australian based property developer Port Bouvard Limited (ASX: PBD) is aware of media speculation surrounding a proposed property concept near Fremantle in Western Australia, "North Port Quay".
The company has a 10% interest in the North Port Quay concept but points out North Port Quay has to go through a stringent environmental and planning process before it becomes a project. Further, the company is very impressed regarding the work done by the promoters over the last seven years on the North Port Quay concept.
No formal contractual arrangements have, to date, been entered into.
