TRADING HALT - PORT BOUVARD LIMITED - ASX CODE: PBD

We request an immediate trading halt for a maximum of two trading days from the commencement of trading on Wednesday 28 October, 2009.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

1. The trading halt is required pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding its banking facilities with St George Bank.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continues until such announcement is made by the Company.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
