Port Bouvard Limited Announces Completion of Oceanique Apartments

Western Australian based property development company, Port Bouvard Limited (Company), is delighted to announce the completion of its iconic Oceanique apartment project at its Port Bouvard Residential Estate project near Mandurah. Oceanique is situated adjacent to The Cut golf course and overlooks the Indian Ocean. The building was constructed by DORIC, one of Australia's premier construction companies. Practical completion was achieved on 23 July 2010 and settlements of contracted pre-sales commenced on 26 July 2010.

The Company is planning to launch a marketing campaign for sale of the remaining apartments in spring 2010. A display apartment is being prepared to assist in the marketing campaign, which will target Western Australian, interstate and international buyers. The project specific website www.oceanique.com.au allows prospective buyers to lodge a Registration of Interest prior to the launch of the marketing campaign.
