Western Australian property developer, Port Bouvard Limited ("Company" or "PBD") (ASX: PBD), advises that Director Ian Macliver has today retired from the Board of Directors of the Company due to personal reasons.
Mr Macliver has advised the Board that he intends to retain his share investment in the Company. An Appendix 3Z with respect to Mr Macliver is attached in accordance with ASX Listing Rules.
Mr Macliver became a Director of the Company in 1994, and as such, has been the longest serving member of the Board. For some time Mr Macliver also served as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.
Chairman of Port Bouvard Limited, Mr Verios, said:
"Ian has made has made a valuable contribution to the Company over many years. His resignation is received with regret but with understanding. The Board will take the necessary steps to replace Ian in due course".
