• Oceanique Luxury Apartments receive Commendation from the Royal Australian Institute of Architects WA Chapter 2011 Architecture Awards for Residential Architecture - Multi Residential Category.

Western Australian property developer Port Bouvard Limited, and its group of companies (Company) (ASX: PBD), is pleased to advise that it's Oceanique Luxury Apartments (Oceanique) has received a Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Award for the 2011 Best Multi - Unit Development over $50 million (Award).

The award event was held on 24 June 2011. The Award follows a recent Commendation received at the Royal Australian Institute of Architects WA Chapter Architecture Awards 2011 for Residential Architecture - Multi Residential Category.

Oceanique, now recognised in 2011 as Western Australia's premier multi - residential development, offers a unique mix of lifestyle opportunities with beach access, marina proximity and the world-class The Cut Golf Course on its door step.

Oceanique Luxury Apartments will now be entered into the Urban Development Institute of Australia 2011 awards for the High Density Development Category. These awards are to be held in September 2011.
