Port Bouvard Limited's, Port Bouvard Residential Estate was awarded the Urban Development Institute of Australia's, Western Australia's Premier Masterplanned Development in 2010.

The 30 Links Golf Villas were sold through a successful campaign in 2008 with 12 villas being leased back by Port Bouvard to form the company's short term luxury holiday rental operation.

In 2007 Port Bouvard Limited commenced construction of the award winning Oceanique Luxury Apartments following a successful presales campaign completed in July 2010, sales and settlements are now continuing.
